Meet Kaylie

Exercise and movement is the top thing that we push to the side when we are super busy. You don’t have to be in a gym for an hour. It doesn’t have to be complex. 

Now that I am newly married and balancing a family, I know that life gets busy and I want to show you that you can make the time too (and it doesn’t have to be a lot!) .

 

My entire life my whole family was really active and always in sports. We were so big on hiking and traveling. It opened my eyes to wanting to stay active through life. I realize that this is not the norm, but it can be for you! 

 

The older we get the busier we are. I don’t want you to spend another day saying tomorrow I’m going to start. Let’s start today. I’m here for you. 

 

Some of my favorites unrelated to fitness-

favorite color: lavender. favorite food: peanut butter on everything and my Noni's ravioli. favorite drink: coconut milk latte. favorite sports team: PACKERS! favorite show: Seinfeld.
