Moeller Moment:
As many of you know, I'm recently married and our wedding was an incredible celebration, full of love and unforgettable moments! We've been embracing our new routine as an official family of four (can't forget our dog, Remy!) I'm incredibly thankful for them and we're very much looking forward to the continued adventures ahead.
Meanwhile, we're diving into my one of my FAV months of the year and we're having a blast decorating for the holidays. There's something so special about the holidays in the Midwest.
CRISP & GREEN Workout
I had the exciting opportunity of leading a class at CRISP & GREEN earlier this month! It was incredible to see familiar faces and as well as new ones. Seeing participants show up on a Saturday morning to get some movement in was just really special. Leading workouts (whether it's virtual or in-person) always gives me so much energy and being able to do this as a career is amazing. I had a blast teaching this class so I'll be hosting another one Saturday, January 13th!
Client Appreciation Party
During the same weekend as my CRISP & GREEN class, I also hosted a Client Appreciation Party at my house which was such a great time! I really wanted to do something special for my previous and current clients as they're the ones who gave me the confidence to launch S.T.E. It was the perfect ending to a super fun weekend and I can't wait for more exciting events to come in 2024!

*Jot down one thing you're grateful for—either in the morning or before bed. Cultivate a positive mindset daily.
